With a stream-lined operation, solid systems, and an empowered team, I had the free time and energy to work outside of my Businesses.  

In high school I started working at my local Italian ice and custard shop, like lots of high schoolers in the Philadelphia area do. Well 17 years later, I'm still there....but the story is a lot more interesting than just that, I promise.

While pursuing a business degree I climbed the ranks into multi-unit management and led a team of 50 while managing all of the operations and marketing for three locations. After a couple years of continuing to manage those shops AND work in corporate, I had the incredible opportunity to purchase the businesses (at the ripe old age of 24).  A decade later I still own and operate those three bustling brick and mortar locations. And the story gets better....
